Carl B. Fry, born in Columbus, Ohio, July 4, 1946. Admitted to the Bar, 1974, Ohio. Admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit; and the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.

Mr. Fry has represented clients in both state and federal courts in Ohio and other states. Mr. Fry has represented clients in business transactions both within and outside the State of Ohio.

Preparatory Education: Ohio University; The Ohio State University (B.A., Summa Cum Laude, with Distinction in Political Science, 1971); Federal Executive Institute, Charlottesville, Virginia, 1971.

Legal Education: The Ohio State University (J.D., 1973).

Military Service: Enlisted and served in the United States Air Force (1964-1968).

Professional Associations: Columbus Bar Association; Ohio State Bar Association; American Bar Association; and, Central Ohio Association for Justice.

Corporate Directorships: Mr. Fry has served as a director on both corporate and charitable Boards of Directors and currently serves as a director and officer of the National Association of Flight Instructors and the National Association of Flight Instructors Education Foundation.
